I guess it is a good thing that I did not forget to close out my tab recently at the #KingfishPub… #whereismypub #gentrificationsucks

Definitely thought I was hallucinating when I saw these organic @lovesuja's for $4 at Target. When I drink these for breakfast at work, I like to imagine that they counterbalance the breakfast burrito block of my personal food pyramid.

The #Kingfish has been relocated. It's now approximately one block closer to my house

Today's run was not particularly beautiful but I did pass this gem. The diviest of dive bars is such an important establishment in Oakland they picked it up and moved it to avoid demolition. #seenonmyrun #architectureiseverywhere #roadtoboston2015 #theki
